The diamond composite inserts used in the drill bit exhibit exceptional wear resistance and impact toughness, enabling sharp cutting performance even in hard formations and ensuring outstanding performance across a wide range of lithologies. The reinforced matrix material and thickened gauge protection design significantly enhance the bit’s resistance to abrasion and erosion.

2. Ultra-short body design reduces the effective make-up length by 40% compared with conventional drill bits, significantly enhancing deviation-control capability.

4. The maximum build rate for bent subs is ≥30°/30 m, and the maximum build rate for rotary steerable systems is ≥15°/30 m.
